Some of us have stopped coding, others have even stopped writing blogs to dedicate their entire free time to the Mudia Art cause. Some sceners even thought of starting to write exclusively for Mudia Art to make your reading experience a more enjoyable one. Will your scene talents also compliment the next issue of Mudia Art? We surely hope so!

Such arduous manifestation of dedication around Mudia Art brought further fascination with the demoscene, amongst us all. This project demands commitment and sacrifices from every one in the Mudia Art team; important resources that not everyone is willing to put forward at the free service of the whole scene. This keen enthusiasm will continue to grow from issue to issue. Our work is influenced by the same daily scene happenings you all live.

Yet, if one wants to make things happen, the ability to motivate yourself and others in your team is a crucial skill. Motivation requires a delicate balance of communication, incentives, structure and good reason. So how do we do it? We try to list both short and long term goals to guide the writing process and create an overall good vibe philosophy in our team. We all have our own character, so allowing space to be creative creates a more optimistic environment that usually leads to awesome new ideas. That is, we try to work all together, to give you a better product.
Another year is soon closing by, and another issue is finished. Our hard work can be finally tasted by the masses. We would like to remind you that your feedback is our daily bread. And, we are already working on issue 4, right now as you read this.
